Thanks Jenny!  So far I have lost 17 lbs and 11.5 inches!  I've still got a bit more to go, but I am feeling great :)

Ahh..I am on the other end of this...slowly but surly gaining weight! I have to weigh in tomorrow...at the dr. office to see how much I have gained...hurray! :(
